Requirements:
— Communicate fluently with clients in English (B2+ level or higher).
— Understand web development and design principles.
— Are proactive and take initiative.
— Can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining focus.
Will be a plus:
— Commercial experience in any IT role
— Passing Project Management courses
Responsibilities:
— Managing day-to-day operational activities of an assigned projects.
— Assigning and clearly formulating tasks for developers and ensuring their completion.
— Translating client requirements into clear technical specifications.
— Understanding and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT.
— Monitoring team productivity and motivating them to achieve high results.
— Maintaining constant communication with clients and meeting their expectations.
— Preparing project reports.
