— have more than 2 years of proven Programming experience
— Atlassian Plugin development experience is a plus
— have good knowledge in the object-oriented programming style
— have knowledge in the design and development with Java 7/8
— have interest and some experience in front-end development (HTML5, JavaScript, Less, JSON)
— feel comfort in agile software development
— speak fluent English
