Our client is an international telecommunications company with offices in Europe and Asia, delivering cutting-edge infrastructure solutions and connecting clients worldwide. They work on complex global projects, navigating multiple jurisdictions and creating innovative legal frameworks that support international business growth.

They are now looking for an International Lawyer to join the team and play a key role in shaping legal strategies across contracts and international operations.

✨Responsibilities:

• Contracts & agreements: drafting, reviewing, and supporting contracts with clients and vendors in an international context.
• HR legal support: preparing and maintaining employment agreements, handling HR-related legal matters.
• Claims & disputes: drafting claim letters, supporting dispute resolution and legal proceedings.
• International projects: providing legal advice on company incorporation abroad, understanding the specifics of various jurisdictions.
• Business legal support: ensuring the company’s operations comply with international regulations and requirements.

✨Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in international law.
• Proven track record in drafting and negotiating B2B contracts (clients, vendors).
• Strong knowledge of international jurisdictions and corporate law. Especially UK , US jurisdictions.
• Ability to manage legal processes independently from start to finish.
• English — Fluent (C1).
