About the Company
An international consulting and services group operating in the iGaming and Entertainment industry is looking for an experienced Chief Product Officer to lead the growth of its B2C product portfolio.
The company is actively expanding its B2C business, launching new products, and entering new international markets. With a team of over 1,000 professionals and offices in Warsaw, Limassol, and Dubai, it offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the B2C product strategy.
- Lead the launch of new products and expansion into new international markets (GEOs).
- Own and develop the product portfolio.
- Build, manage, and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Analyze product and business metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing product teams.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, BI, Tech, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Product Officer, VP of Product, or Head of Product within the B2C iGaming industry.
- Hands-on experience launching new digital products.
- Strong track record of expanding products into new international GEOs.
- Expertise in product strategy development and roadmap management.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience making data-driven product decisions.
- Experience leading and scaling product teams.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
