The manager must have a proven track record of designing, implementing and monitoring effective digital marketing strategies that bolster our market presence and contribute towards achieving our business sales goals. The manager will play a pivotal role in a fast-paced and innovative software development and software business industry; having a proven record of success in this realm is essential.
Who We Need:
Experience:
- A seasoned professional with 5+ years of senior-level experience, including a minimum of 3 years dedicated to steering marketing in a rapidly evolving digital market.
- Must have some experience in Sales or Business Development
- A unique blend of analytical and creative prowess with in-depth knowledge spanning various disciplines, such as IT, digital agency, digital services, digital strategy, innovative marketing trends, AI marketing strategies, and the contemporary innovation landscape.
- An all-encompassing digital growth strategist with hands-on experience in SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Native Advertising, and more.
- Essential experience in a SaaS environment; having an agency background will be considered a significant asset.
- Agility to thrive in a fast-paced growth-centric environment with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
- В2+ level of English.
Leadership:
- Engaged in fostering individual team member growth through periodic one-on-one sessions to discuss performance, expectations, and career development.
- A team leader committed to managing, guiding, and inspiring a small marketing team through weekly scheduled team calls to delegate tasks and ensure each member is on task and aligned with our strategic objectives.
Educational Background:
Holding at least a Bachelors or Masters in one or more of these categories:
