Looking for a part-time QA engineer, the main areas to cover would be:

— to build out a spreadsheet of QA tests for a SaaS product, a property management system (template already created).
— once built, this manual testing spreadsheet will then be used to test against subsequent platform releases over time.
— when new features are developed and released, additional test cases will be added to keep the system healthy.

Experience with writing Javascript and Cypress would be fantastic, we are looking forward to converting manual testing to automated.

It is a part-time position, which could be approximately 2 days per week; the schedule is completely up to you.

Basic requirements for the candidate:
— At least 1 year of experience in manual testing and writing Cypress tests.
— Upper-intermediate English level (the team is based in Bristol, UK).
— In-time work delivery. Yes, we do understand the situation with blackouts and it’s quite alright to change the working hours, but we expect you to stick with an overall plan.

The hourly payrate for this position is $10-$15 and depends on the candidate’s experience.
The candidate’s journey contains three steps:
1. initial cv screen
2. 20-30 min entry call with PM
3. 30-40 min tech interview with CTO -> offer
