About You:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Growth PM in B2C
  • Strong track record of driving user or revenue growth through experimentation
  • Experience in startups or fast-paced product teams
  • Excellent English — you’ll work in an international, async-first team
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable working with analytics tools (GA4, SQL is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of the growth funnel: acquisition → activation → retention → monetization
  • Proven experience in designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests

Big Plus:

  • Experience working on dating apps, social platforms, or chat/messaging products
  • Growth experiments in emerging markets or multi-language/localized products
  • Work on viral loops, referrals, or notification systems
  • Familiarity with mobile monetization strategies and paywall optimization

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own growth metrics like activation rate, day 1/7/14 retention, conversion rate to a subscription, LTV, and conversion rate from a match to a conversation
  • Design and run A/B tests across activation flows, monetization, and retention
  • Identify bottlenecks in the user funnel and launch experiments to fix them
  • Work closely with CEO, CTO, designers, marketers, and engineers (with whole team) to ship growth initiatives weekly
  • Analyze experiment results and iterate based on data, not gut feeling
  • Build features that drive long-term user value while delivering short-term growth wins
