What You Will Do

• Manage new and existing localizations for the Bumpy app using our internal tools, ChatGPT, and native translators
• Ensure accurate and high-quality translations for different markets
• Develop and execute a localization strategy to make the app accessible and engaging for users worldwide
• Collaborate with product, content, and support teams to ensure seamless localization
• Track and analyze localization performance to optimize translation quality and effectiveness
• Identify cultural nuances to ensure content resonates with international audiences
• Oversee translations for product updates and marketing materials

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a localization, translation management, or similar role
• Strong skills in ChatGPT and AI-driven localization tools
• Knowledge of i18n JSON
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with native translators and internal teams
• Advanced English proficiency
• Ability to coordinate multiple localization projects at once
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure content aligns with brand voice and cultural sensitivities

Bonus Skills (Big Plus!)

• Marketing experience — understanding how localization impacts user engagement
• Experience with lifestyle or social networking apps (dating, social media, etc.)
