About You:

  • At least six months of experience in marketing and a solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals;
  • Proficiency in tools for market monitoring, competitor analysis, and independent research for generating creative concepts;
  • The ability to clearly articulate and structure tasks (e.g., briefs for designers, video scripts for influencers, etc.);
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to introduce new ideas to maximize results;
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
  • Attention to detail, persistence, and a results-driven approach;
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.

Big Plus:

  • Experience creating ad creatives for paid campaigns (e.g., on Facebook/TikTok).
  • Understanding of user acquisition principles and A/B testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trend and Market Insights: Perform in-depth market research, assess competitors, and understand user needs to craft compelling and innovative marketing strategies;
  • Team Collaboration: Assign clear, actionable tasks to designers and other team members, ensuring smooth coordination and execution;
  • Process Improvement and Innovation: Suggest enhancements to creative processes and leverage AI tools to boost efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Campaign Analysis: Evaluate the performance of advertising campaigns, uncover trends, and refine strategies for future initiatives;
  • Ad Creative Development: Conceptualize and execute fresh ideas for advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads.
