About You:
- Proven experience in mobile app user acquisition with an analytical mindset;
- Experience profitably scaling monthly spending from $50,000 to $150,000+ on Facebook and Google;
- Experience in budget management, reporting on results and KPIs, and forecasting business impact and needs;
- Experience in creating high-performing video creatives;
- Growth-hacker mindset when it comes to improving ad performance;
- Upper-Intermediate English.
Big Plus:
- Experience in dating or social discovery apps;
- Cross-platform experience with both app and mobile web acquisition;
- Experience advertising on TikTok, Snap, Apple Search, DSPs or other paid acquisition channels;
- Team player.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expansion and optimization of UA channels, as well as monitoring and reporting on effectiveness;
- Hypothesize, concept/storyboard, test, and iterate display creative;
- Implementation of effective traffic and advertising campaign assessment tools, etc;
- Negotiating with partners for traffic procurement;
- Close collaboration with a CEO and a design team to determine various approaches to advertising campaigns;
