Sales Director (Defense Tech / International Markets)

We are actively scaling our business and expanding production capabilities. We are looking for an experienced Sales Director who will lead the development and execution of a scalable sales strategy across both Ukrainian and international markets.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will have a direct impact on business growth, market expansion, and strategic development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for domestic and international markets
• Build and expand a network of agents, distributors, and strategic partners
• Represent the company at international defense exhibitions and industry events
• Build, manage, and develop the sales team
• Monitor pricing strategy, margins, and sales performance metrics
• Align sales activities with production capabilities and business priorities
• Implement and improve CRM processes and tools
• Develop short-term and long-term revenue forecasting systems

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in roles such as Head of Sales, Commercial Director, or Business Development Director
• Proven track record of entering new markets and driving revenue growth
• Experience managing teams of 5–10+ people, including hiring, mentoring, and KPI management
• Experience building and scaling export sales channels
• Strong experience in C-level negotiations
• Experience with sales forecasting and long sales cycles
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems
• Experience in manufacturing, hardware, technology, or Defense Tech companies will be a plus
• Advanced English (C1/C2)
• Higher education degree
