Our team is searching for a skilled Project Manager in Europe who has at least 4 years of experience in project management and a strong passion for leading multiple projects while building enduring client relationships. If you meet the above criteria, please read on for more information.

We are looking for someone who has experience in outsourcing companies, is familiar with IT management tools and frameworks such as Agile/Scrum and Waterfall, has strong communication and leadership skills, and can use project management tools to organize and document projects, budgets, and schedules. It would be great if you have a background in computer science and have an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously with confidence. You will prepare project documentation and technical specifications, create project prototypes using Figma, participate in presales, divide projects into milestones based on prototypes, build a top-performing project team with the Team Lead, conduct daily stand-ups, review projects daily, and organize reports to clients with the team.
