We are looking for an experienced lead generation specialist / SDR to reinforce our efforts in outbound lead generation. You will be working closely with a team of seasoned sales professionals and marketing experts, and reporting to the Head of Sales. Your main responsibility will be developing and maintaining healthy pipeline of leads.
Required skills:
— Minimum 2 years of experience working as a sales, leadgen or SDR in IT outsourcing/outstaffing industry;
— English level — advanced or fluent;
— Knowledge of the B2B platforms like Apollo, Reply, Snovio, Crunchbase and the like LinkedIn — ability to apply different strategies and tactics to engage with prospects and keep meaningful conversation;
— Understanding the numbers — you know your previous KPIs and conversion rates and can articulate it on the interview;
— Experience in cold calling, telemarketing or customer support is a big plus.
Main Responsibilities:
— Research and identify target audience based on given criteria;
— Develop ICP and outreach strategy together with the Head of Sales and Marketing Manager;
— Execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns via email and LinkedIn;
— Process replies — answer questions, handle objections and do the basic qualification and scoring;
— Set up intro calls for the sales team;
— Make follow up calls through our phone system (CloudTalk) to keep a healthy pipeline of leads;
— Report on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
