Brocoders is looking for a Middle/Senior Project manager to join the SaaS team to automate artificial intelligence-based accounting.

Get ready to solve challenging tasks that require non-trivial solutions. At this product, we highly appreciate a different point of view. You should be prepared to be a full team player and be able to lead projects independently when required.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing;
• Hands-on experience in Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, PM best practices and tools, solid knowledge of product lifecycles
• Basic BA knowledge
• Experience with Atlassian products: Jira, Confluence
• English Upper-intermediate: verbal and written
• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Computer Science/Engineering degree

Responsibilities:

• Manage requirements clarification and estimations;

• Manage project issues, risks, and change orders;

• Monitor, track, and report on project progress;

• Organizing and motivating a project team;

• Collaborate with internal feature teams, developers, designers, QA, HR;

• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
