We are looking for a Sales executive manager to join our ever-growing Bro-team worldwide.

Brocoders is an outsourcing software development and consultancy company with clients from the USA, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia.

Position requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales 1 year + (preferably at an outsourcing company);
  • Understanding outsourcing business and development processes;
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken);
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • General understanding of IT terminology;
  • Ability to build trust and show empathy to customers;
  • Ability to understand customer’s project, provide insights, and find the most suitable way to manage a deal;
  • Ability to qualify leads in an efficient manner;
  • Understanding different cultures and mentalities of customers from all over the world, the ability to adapt to them;

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound leads from the website, partners network;
  • Building a partner network and its development;
  • Start and develop business relationships with partners;
  • Close deals, manage contracts signing and invoicing;
  • Perform account management activities (satisfaction surveys, feedback meetings, support in resolving issues);
  • Have synergies with the marketing team, business analysts, project managers, lead generation specialists to manage the leads at different stages of the sales cycle;
  • Work with HubSpot CRM;
