• Ability to understand customer’s project, provide insights, and find the most suitable way to manage a deal.
• Excellent communication skills, openness and positive mindset.
• Ability to qualify leads in an efficient manner.
• Understanding different cultures and mentalities of customers from all over the world, the ability to adapt to them.
• Technical literacy would be a plus.

• Hold calls with prospects (only warm leads).
• Manage inbound leads from the website, partners network.
• Build trustworthy relationships with prospects and customers.
• Close deals, manage contracts signing and invoicing.
• Perform account management activities (satisfaction surveys, feedback meetings, support in resolving issues).
• Have synergies with the marketing team, business analysts, project managers, lead generation specialists to manage the leads at different stages of the sales cycle.
• Work with HubSpot CRM.
