We’re hiring an Office & Culture Manager in the Bringg Ukraine site, to join our fast-growing organization.
About this role
Bringg’s Office & culture Manager will support our scale and take our processes to the next level. The right Bringgster for this role should be passionate about learning new things and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you are expected to deliver
- Execute HR operations -newcomers onboarding, documentation, and milestones in employees lifecycle (celebrations, presents, etc.)
- Manage events (welfare and professional) from initiative to execution
- Working with financial reporting and documentation
- Manage our offices (Kyiv and Lviv) activities and facilities
- Support Bringg’s hiring efforts in collaboration with the Israeli Talent Acquisition team
- Ongoing work with Israeli and local site management requests
- Constantly improve ongoing processes
- Collaborate with global peers from our Tel Aviv site
What we expect you to bring
- Experience in office management, and operations
- Experience in the HR field, specifically in supporting recruitment efforts — a big advantage
- Proactive mindset
- Upper-intermediate+ English level
- Attentiveness to details
