We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Sales Manager to join our well-developed Sales team. Although this position offers an existing list of leads, our candidate will need to possess strong hunting and closing skills to successfully manage their customer pipeline. We have a set of positive and open people to help our candidates onboard and gain an understanding of the details of our services and processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent consultative closing skills, a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in outsourcing, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process inbound requests;
• Capture customer requirements and convert them into a scope of work with the help of the technical team;
• Create proposals, collect pricing and timeline information from the internal team, and present it to the customer;
• Work with the technical team and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs;
• Negotiate and close high-value sales deals with clients;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and generate opportunities for upsale;
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities;
• Maintain a positive and professional image of the company;
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
• Fluency in English communication is a must;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales, preferably outsourcing;
• Ability to understand project requirements, ask relevant questions, and convert answers into structured briefs;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to build relationships with customers and partners;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Responsible and attentive work with CRM;
• Being familiar with development technologies and tools is an advantage.
