We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of IT Sales!

Our ideal candidate will take responsibility for the strategic vision and operations of the well-developed sales team. We have a set of positive and open people to work with and lead their efforts to maximize business growth.

Our candidate will also need to possess strong hunting and closing skills in order to successfully manage and negotiate high-value sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the team of lead generators, sales managers, and SDRs;
• Monitor pipeline forecasting, analyze opportunities, and provide competitive insights, strategies, and tactics;
• Create and validate hypothesis for effective search for leads/prospects, and penetrate new markets;
• Lead the process of ICP creation in cooperation with C-level executives;
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities;
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to generate needed sales materials;
• Negotiate and close high-value sales deals with clients;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and generate opportunities for upsale.

• Fluency in English communication is a must;
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in IT outsourcing;
• Experience as a Head of Sales;
• Strategic thinking;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to build relationships with customers and partners;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Being familiar with development technologies and tools is an advantage.
