Brights. is looking for an HR Manager, who is preferably based in Kyiv.

Required Skills:

• excellent communication skills;
• work experience in a similar position from +1 year;
• ability and desire for people’s support/development ;
• knowledge of employee evaluation methods and types of employee motivation;
• ability to introduce improvement ideas for the company to monitor and improve work comfort
• high level of self-organisation;
• experience with conflict management.

Will be a plus:

• knowledge of English;
• an education or received additional training in this profession.

Duties:

• onboarding, adaptation of new colleagues and offboarding;
• conducting 1:1 meetings;
• tracking vacations and sick leaves;
• communicating with external contractors and companies;
• supervising the team of 2 recruiters, office manager, and working closely with the CEO, COO, and accounting team;
• еmployee satisfaction monitoring;
• checking compliance with company rules and regulations, maintaining a positive climate in the team;
• development of documentation and participation in the implementation of HR processes and procedures;
• organization of corporate events together with office manager;
• building a high-quality HR brand through professionalism and attentiveness to candidates and employees.
