Development Team Lead

We are looking for Development Team Lead

Responsibilities:
• Development of high-level project architecture
• Development of cloud infrastructure solutions
• Take part in project planning and estimation
• Partner with the CEO, setting the vision for your team and ensuring every team member is on the same page with respect to the “why”. Foster a culture of innovation and creativity
• Provide technical problem resolution to complex issues

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in backend development
• experience in leading development teams
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
• Experience working with APIs and Microservices
• Understanding of front-end development
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure: AWS (ECS, EKS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, EC2, S3, VPC, Cognito), Terraform
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience in developing high-load and high-availability architecture
• Experience managing multiple projects through all stages
• Strong organisation skills
