Project details
The project centers around developing a dynamic and user-friendly admin panel designed specifically for managing a comprehensive knowledge database and configuring essential information for specialized handbooks.
Your Team
You’ll be an integral part of an established Scrum team, contributing to a long-standing project while collaborating remotely from diverse locations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PO to identify and analyze business requirements.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions to gather needs.
- Document functional and non-functional requirements in detail.
- Act as a liaison to resolve any misunderstandings about project requirements or deliverables.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Prepare documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories, and Use Cases Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
- Propose process optimization strategies and changes.
- Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements and address queries.
- Assist in creating test cases and validating solutions during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Write and refine user stories for the backlog.
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups, ensuring requirements alien with sprint goals
Skills
- 1-2+ years experience working on the edge between development and business teams
- Knowledge and understanding of technical documentation.
- Advanced skills in writing and editing requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle
- Great English language skills (at least Upper-Intermediate)
- Strong understanding of business processes and technology.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Gantt Chart, UML Diagram.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with methodologies like Scrum.
