ABOUT THE CLIENT:

Our customer is a New York-based company that helps industry leaders achieve immediate goals with an eye toward long-term objectives. Now looking for an iOS developer to join a team to develop mobile services.

PROJECT DETAILS:

The project is a single iOS application that is distributed both through an embedded video phone (that we are developing jointly with another vendor) and as a consumer APK that runs on mobile phones and tablets. This project uses the same web services and SIP stack as the iOS application.

YOUR TEAM:

The project team consists of 1 iOS developer and 5 Android developers on the company side and 2 managers on the client side.

This is a team of dedicated professionals specializing in software development and consultancy services.
Aim to meet client’s strategic goals by directly executing the full lifecycle from planning through design, implementation, testing, and go-live.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for iOS developer for both an embedded device (a custom hardware device that runs iOS and a custom app for the home/office) and more traditional Apple Store application development.

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable source code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Сonfigure building machine (TeamCity)

SKILLS:

• 4+ years iOS programming experience
• Strong knowledge of Swift and Objective-C
• Experience in MVC
• Deep understanding of the iOS SDK
• Strong knowledge of memory management, multithreading and networking (iOS)
• Knowledge in OOP, designing and architecture developing
• Understanding of testing principles (Unit, UI Automated testing)
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Good communication skills
