• The successful candidate knows the Ukrainian IT market inside out.

• You have experience working with various CRM systems, MS Office, google docs.

Обов’язки

• Manage the full cycle of recruiting processes for IT specialists.
• Define vacancy requirements together with the PM office.
• Assure active sourcing of candidates using a variety of channels (if it’s not your cup of tea, our researches will do it for you).
• Conduct prescreening and personal interviews.
• Offer a quality candidate experience: you are in charge of the recruitment process. Being rigorous, reactive, and ensuring a proper follow-up is the key to provide an excellent candidate experience.
• Be the Voice of Brightgrove while hunting candidates.

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for our company.
You will work closely with the hiring managers to understand their business needs and staffing requirements, ensuring the highest quality of candidates are presented in the most time effective manner.

Recruitment division is a competent team of professionals able to provide research, sourcing, and recruitment services to its customers within very tight timelines based on high internal standards and metrics of professional excellence. Our team consists of professionals who are totally in love with what they do:) You will cooperate closely with eight bright recruiters and researchers and will subordinate to Recruitment Team Lead.
