• You have 5+ years of experience with project and/or product management.
• You have extensive experience working with engineering teams to deal with escalations.
• You’re very familiar with Agile methodologies.
• You already worked as part of a larger team to deliver complex solutions, working through an agile process to escalate issues, remove impediments, and manage risk.
• Your ability guiding and synergizing cross-functional teams from ideation to execution, ensuring the most efficient and impactful delivery possible is proven.
• You are fluent in English.

Previous experience as a developer, QA engineer will be a huge plus!

• You will be the technical lead and advise on projects — heavy involvement working with the engineering and product teams to ensure standards and customizations adhere to the project needs.
• You will onboard and liaise with current and future partners for technical integration, troubleshooting, and all other relevant matters.
• You will organize, prioritize, and manage projects (e.g. of rollouts of new devices, distribution outlets) with internal and external stakeholders by road-mapping, planning, facilitating, and communicating projects.
• You will facilitate the decomposition of roadmap initiatives into team-level requirements and contributing to roadmap delivery tracking.
• You will create and implementing a process to resolve technical issues/investigations that are escalated by stakeholders (i.e. Business Development team).
• Take a decisive and creative role in a constantly growing team.
