• Technical competence (understand software development and adjoined services).
• Experience in account management and project management

• Can plan and execute responsibilities with minimal direction. Excellent command in spoken and
written English.
• Good understanding of General Accounting and Finance (including accruals, allocations, and general ledger) so that are able to work with the customer’s Account Payable and Finance departments
• You will need to have experience with Contract management including negotiations so that you can easily identify areas for cost savings for client.
• Experience as a controller, financial analyst, project manager in the ERP arena a huge plus.

You will:
• You will be a primary point of contact for the set of Enterprise customers and will be responsible for Client satisfaction in terms of Operational relationships, Product usage & transactional volumes.
• Coordinate with other internal Delivery teams to ensure successful delivery and Client satisfaction.
• Be engaged in conflict resolution in relation to services being delivered and business issues.
• Managing upgrade schedule and proactively insuring fixes are applied.
• Conducting ongoing training/how-to sessions for customers based on customer’s configuration
