You will advocate customer point of view and challenge everything that does not excel in customer experience and bring your ideas for product improvement.
You will create documentation describing each carrier and build unique knowledge of the carrier data structure, plans, services, bills, reports, etc.
You will be working with our development team to help them understand specifics of each telecom carrier data and integration use cases.
You will use the results of our development as our customers would do, ensure the quality and provide feedback to development.
