IT Project Manager

Brightech is the IT heart of the logistics business!

We are an IT company Brightech and we are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate a group of projects that are united by a single direction — US transport logistics.

What do we do?

We develop a long-term large-scale product that coordinates the logistics process.

Our product has met the needs of a large logistics holding and now we are entering the foreign market with it.

What professional skills are important to us?

Work experience of Project Manager from 2 years.

A clear understanding of the development life cycle, independent development practice in the past will be a plus.

Proven successful practice of managing deadlines, risks, coordinating business expectations of the customer.

Initiative, good team building skills.

It will be a plus:

Experience working with a foreign customer in the USA

Is English required and at what level?

Experience of working in multinational teams, knowledge of English, Ukrainian at the level of communication.

What will you need to do in the project?

Bring the team to a new level of motivation, terms and quality of work.

Manage resources, coordinate teamwork, find and eliminate bottlenecks and errors in existing services.

Manage the project in the project management system, conduct all necessary meetings (planning, daily meetings, etc.)

Create project documentation and monitor its updating at all levels

Understand business tasks and monitor their implementation.
