Brightech is an international IT company providing a full range of software development services for the corporate segment, mobile platforms and WEB. Now we are looking for Junior Business Development Manager for one of our logistics projects. You can join our team remotely.

As a Junior Business Development Manager, you’ll be contributing to expanding our prospect base. You put all your efforts into searching for new ways of generating leads, effectively utilizing already existing tools, and proactively contacting new customers. Ideally, all of this will result in an acquisition of new customers. Thanks to your contribution, our proposition value offer reaches our target audience so that company can continue growing.

What you’ll do:

  • Proactively communicate with the sales department to identify ICP and gain insights into the industry;
  • Raise awareness and generate interest in Select Logistics through emails and Linkedin outreach;
  • Run market research to gain a better understanding of the market and decision-makers;
  • Actively search for new outreach tactics and approaches;
  • Be a first contact point and communicate with prospects to understand if they need our services.

Requirements:

  • Recent University Graduate or a current student in Marketing or any other Business related Arts;
  • English level: strong B2 minimum;
  • Ability to naturally engage and develop warm communication;
  • Desire to proactively learn about B2B sales and marketing;
  • A great extent of self-commitment and target driven;
  • Great ability to perform market research and dive deeper into the topic.

Would be a strong plus:

  • Hands-on experience in utilizing outbound prospecting techniques and a good understanding of core BDR activities;
  • Passion for writing emails and sales.
