What We’re Looking For:
— English — advanced (both writing and speaking skills)
— previous experience of working as a customer support specialist;
— a clear and effective communicator;
— strong attention to details;
— handle customer situations in a polite, professional and timely manner;
— be flexible with schedule based on business demand (may require nights & weekends)
— good understanding of airline industry and one of the reservation systems (GDS) would be a plus;
— if you’re interested in working evening hours: 5 pm- 2 am.

— Monday — Friday from 5 PM to 2 AM local time;

What You Will Do:
— providing a high level of ticketing/reservation support to our Sales Team, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service in all interaction;
— making bookings and reservations of airline tickets, hotels, transfers in different GDS systems;
— confirming reservations or changes in travel plans for clients;
— manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options to our Sales Team;
— communication with wholesalers and other company partners;
— preparing the clients’ travel documents, maintaining different data, paying extra attention to the data entry;
— be proactive with customers’ requirements, prioritizing issues and escalating as required
