Due to the expansion of the team and the increase in the number of projects, BramblingTech is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join the team on a full-time basis in the Odesa-based office.
— 0,5 years of experience in similar roles;
— You use variety of sourcing techniques;
— You know how to write outstanding pitches and attract candidates (both active, passive);
— Experience working with ATS;
— Intermediate level of English (writing/speaking);
— Great communication skills;
— Effective time-management abilities.
— Active search of the candidates and preparation of the pools of potential candidates;
— Candidate pre-screening and interviews coordination;
