We are looking for a passionate, energetic, self-driven manager-leader who will be driving organization and supervision of necessary processes, teams, structure, and technology services composition to successfully deliver Brainstack Products to achieve their business goals.
This position is a C-Level Position in a company, you will be a part of the company management team.
The role of the Senior Project Manager is to ensure smooth project delivery on all stages within agreed deadlines, scope, quality, and budget.
— Experience in running projects of 20+ people and multiple stakeholders
— Leadership skills
— Technical background (software development, QA, DevOps, etc)
— Agile Delivery / Project Management experience and strong commercial understanding, ideally within IT Product Company, minimum 5 years
— Ability to perform project manager’s activities and provide supervision during Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closing phases
— Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban)
— A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment preferably in product companies
— Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
— Lead a team of project managers, business and system analysts
— Be a mentor and coach for tech leads
— Lead daily stand-ups, iteration planning sessions, and iteration retrospectives for several delivery teams
— Managing, monitoring, and forecasting of project execution; successful execution and delivery of projects on-time
— Establishing a plan for the execution of the project, including a work-breakdown-structure, task dependencies, team composition, schedule, and risk mitigation
— Track project health, anticipate and intercept cross-functional blockers
