We’re looking for Retention Marketing Manager/Email-marketer.

Requirements:
Hard skills:
— 2-3 years’ experience in Email Marketing field
— Work experience with SaaS product, preferable B2C for US and Europe Markets
— Experience in building email marketing and push-notification services from scratch
— Knowledge of analytics tools, how to set up and evaluate KPIs
— English Upper-Intermediate or higher

Soft skills:
— Enthusiastic and energetic — passionate about driving success
— “I know that I know nothing” mindset
— Desire for continuous improvement

Would be a plus:
— Photoshop/Sketch, CSS, copywriting, HTML
— High technical knowledge. For example, can be a project manager for in-house push-notification product.

Responsibilities:
— Design and implement email marketing and push notification campaigns
— Manage and build overall email and push notifications marketing strategy
— Continuously test every campaigns success (A/B tests)
— Establish targeting strategies based on customer lifecycle segmentation & predictive analytics
— Increase company revenue by growing retention channels
