Our expertise spans across industries such as healthcare, edtech, real estate, retail, construction, logistics, insurance, and more.
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager for one of our clients to contribute to their projects.
About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to bridge the gap between business and engineering. Working closely with the CTO, you will help shape technical solutions, translate business requirements into actionable specifications, and coordinate development from planning through delivery.
This is not a hands-on development role. Instead, we’re looking for someone with a solid technical background who understands software architecture, communicates effectively with developers, and can confidently drive projects to successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CTO to define business and technical requirements.
- Analyse requirements and design practical, scalable technical solutions.
- Prepare project documentation, including BRDs, SRSs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate development activities and ensure requirements are clearly understood by the engineering team.
- Plan and prioritise work, track progress, and help deliver projects on time.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolutions.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Project Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development and system architecture.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions.
- Experience creating functional and technical documentation.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-company environment with evolving priorities.
- Fluent English and Ukrainian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of TypeScript or modern JavaScript technologies.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Background in SaaS or web-based products.
We offer
- 18 paid vacation days
- 10 paid sick days
- 2 unpaid days off per month
- Work remotely or from our comfortable Lviv office
- Necessary equipment, or $200 equipment compensation per year
- 50% compensation for professional development costs, including courses, webinars, and training programs
