About the project: the team is developing high-load websites and services for organizing online congresses for the medical sector.
— Strong knowledge of software development process, modern technologies, and project management
methodologies, and current trends;
— Analytical skills;
— Excellent networking and communication skills;
— Experience with handling objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion;
— Proficiency in English and Russian. Proficiency in other languages is a plus;
Be a plus:
— Experience working abroad in English-speaking countries (USA, Germany, UK, etc.);
— Work and Travel experience in the USA;
— Working as lead generator/sales in some other industry/niche;
— Experience using some CRM or sales tracking systems.
— Search for potential new clients from the USA and Western Europe;
— Preparing business offers;
— Handle objections;
— Use different strategies to persuade the client;
— Working with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs;
— Build and maintain excellent relationship with potential and current clients;
— Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling
propositions and differentiators;
— Learn the Company’s product and services;
— Research and development of new niches;
— Research and provide information on new business trends, channels for attracting clients and business
opportunities in these areas;
— Use the experience and knowledge to create convincing commercial proposals.
