You will work directly with the team based in Kyiv and directly for the CEO, based in the UK.

We plan to split our time between our current business requirements for the Bristol product and our plans to execute a white-label deal. This will no doubt be fluid, but the role will include:

Main project

— Bug fixing and maintenance
— Developing new features based on customer requests
— Implementing moderate improvements to our product

White label
— The developing proof of concept build to ensure that we can take advantage of any white label opportunities
we can secure
— Scoping and defining the project
— Executing the project in conjunction with a client
— Operating at least one white label license

The project is a shift working marketplace for hospitality staff. Businesses publish shifts to the app and workers can pick the ones that suit them. Shifts available include cheffing, barista, bar, cocktails, and waiting tables.

The platform is fully developed, has notification logic, automated payment collection and semi-automated payroll/tax functions.

Project strategic priorities for the next 12 months are:

Make safe our Bristol revenue and make moderate improvements to our product in order to improve our customer’s experience and grow organically.
Achieve a white label partnership with a third party — licensing the limber platform in return for license fees

Tech stack
Backend is Java, GraphQL, Couchbase, AWS / Google Cloud.
Frontend: AngularJS, Webpack + modular Javascript, Sass, Cordova, Ionic for the front-end.
