— 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a focus on the hiring of software engineers and other tech talents
— Knowledge of recruitment process stages and understanding of their influence on the final result
— Ability to explore new positions and target audiences independently
— Hands-on experience with both active and passive talent acquisition channels
— A good understanding of how to discover candidates’ needs and motivators to make an offer they can’t refuse:)
— Good communication and negotiation skills, interviewing experience
— Ability to provide candidates with polite and valuable rejections
— Excellent research and analysis skills
— Upper-Intermediate English and fluent Ukrainian/Russian

— Collaborate closely with teammates, CTO/Co-Founder, and Hiring Managers to become a valued member of Brainiacs team
— Talents acquisition through active and passive channels
— Conduct different types of research (competitors, candidates, salaries market levels, etc.)
— Create candidates’ profiles in close collaboration with Hiring Managers
— Hold interviews (pre-screening interviews, HR, and take part in tech interviews)
— Collaborate with Recruitment Agencies (build and improve effective collaboration approach)
— Maintain candidates’ database
— Constantly improve the recruitment processes (discover new talents acquisition sources, analyze and improve sourcing, pitching, and interviewing processes, reporting and analysis of recruiting funnel)
— Develop HR brand through well-polished communications and win-win collaboration with potential teammates, also, providing constructive feedback to candidates who didn’t pass one of the interview steps
— Participation in onboarding and adaptation processes
— Provide insights and reports upon request
