— At least 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience with a focus on the hiring of software engineers
— Good knowledge of key sourcing techniques
— Interviewing experience
— Knowledge of recruitment process stages and understanding of their influence on the final result
— Understanding of how to discover candidates’ needs and motivators
— Desire to build friendly relationships with candidates
— Ability to provide candidates with polite and valuable rejections
— Good communication and negotiation skills
— Positive mindset
— Understanding of teamwork value
— Intermediate level of English

— Talents acquisition through active and passive channels

— Maintain candidates’ database
— Hold interviews
— Constantly improve the recruitment processes (discover new talents acquisition sources, experiment, analyze and improve sourcing, pitching, and interviewing processes, analysis of recruiting funnel)
— Actively collaborate with Senior Recruiter, CTO/Co-Founder, and Hiring Managers
— Prepare different reports upon request
