— Managing the whole operational process and providing a high-performance level of the team
— Analyze/troubleshoot data-related issues for TnR Business Unit
— Loading, extracting and validation of commodity market data
— Restoration and delivery of client data from various sources such as FTP, HTTP, Email and Files
— Ensuring on-time delivery of critical data sets to different clients
— Implement change requests and additional features
— Track reported data issues in JIRA
— Documenting internal processes and/or training Customer Support on troubleshooting techniques

We are looking for a Team Lead for the Operations Team, that provides Data Validation Services. We expect fluent English, experience with Customer/Technical Support, knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, sharp-eye to the details, good analytical skills, braveness and proactivity to lead a project and face new challenges.
