— 0-1 year of experience in project management in IT company;
— Good understanding of IT services company;
— Excellent knowledge of specialized project management software(JIRA);
— Good knowledge of business process, operations, and metric definition best practices;
— Great oral and written communication skills;
— Decision making in risk situations;
— Upper Intermediate or Advanced English;

— Lead and coordinate projects teams;
— Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time with required quality;
— Create and execute the detailed project plans;
— Analyze and validate the estimates;
— Work and cooperate effectively with teams;
— Manage and assign individual tasks and responsibilities;
— Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques;
— Report project status as needed;
— Manage client`s expectations related to the project. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Facilitate client’s communication;
— Perform risk management to minimize project risk;
— Lead and manage people growth and handle project operational activities;
