At BotsCrew, we’re looking for an HR Lead to join our PeopleOps team and take ownership of HR strategy, processes, and culture. You’ll implement initiatives that support growth, performance, and meaningful outcomes for our people and the business.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the PeopleOps team (3 members) — guide, support, and grow your HR professionals.
  • HR strategy & processes — design and adapt processes that match business goals and keep things running smoothly.
  • Performance & development — oversee reviews, feedback loops, and growth initiatives that help people perform at their best.
  • Learning & growth — drive initiatives that expand skills and prepare future leaders.
  • Culture & engagement — launch initiatives that strengthen connection, trust, and belonging across teams.
  • Employer brand — shape and promote the company image to attract and retain top talent.
  • HR analytics & KPIs — track what matters, spot trends, and turn data into smart decisions.
  • Budget & planning — own HR budgets and anticipate needs to keep the team ahead of the curve.

What we expect

We’ll be a great match if you:

  • Have 3+ years of HR experience, including at least 1,5 years in a lead role (team management and process ownership).
  • Bring full ownership—taking initiatives end-to-end with energy and accountability.
  • Are a strong communicator, able to align people and processes across teams.
  • Are highly organized and forward-thinking, anticipating needs before they become urgent.
  • Have experience with HR budgeting, KPIs, and analytics.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher, spoken English.Are passionate about shaping culture, building engagement, and developing talent.
