Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, solution design, and business case development for AI transformation initiatives and AI product builds. This role is highly client-facing and strategic — you’ll collaborate directly with founders, executives, and delivery teams to turn complex business challenges into well-defined AI solutions.

You will work on enterprise-level projects for primarily US-based clients, ensuring that every initiative has clear goals, measurable ROI, and a smooth path from idea to execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Requirements & Discovery
  
  • Drive stakeholder workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions at the executive and operational levels.
  • Analyze business processes to identify AI opportunities with high ROI potential.
  • Create comprehensive documentation: user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data requirements.
    
• Shape AI Solutions
  
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements in collaboration with engineers and product teams.
  • Support solution architecture discussions with a focus on feasibility and value.
  • Contribute to product vision, MVP scope, and roadmap planning.
    
• Consult with Clients & Stakeholders
  
  • Advise executives on AI transformation strategies and best practices.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and proposals with clarity and impact.
  • Build trusted relationships that position BotsCrew as a long-term AI partner.
    
• Ensure Delivery Alignment
  
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure requirements are met and business outcomes are achieved.
  • Validate solutions against business goals and user needs.
  • Capture feedback for continuous improvement and future iterations.
    

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:
  
  • 5+ years in business analysis, product management, or solution consulting — ideally with experience in digital transformation or enterprise technology projects.
  • Proven ability to lead requirements gathering for complex, high-value solutions.

• Skills:
  
  • Fluent English is a must, with exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts, capabilities, and limitations.
