BotsCrew is looking for a client-oriented and result-driven Business Analyst & Account Manager ready to take charge of growing our AI-Chatbot Reseller Program.
Acting as a client advocate, you will be responsible for recurring revenue growth from your accounts and work with internal teams to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. You may assist with cross-department collaboration, product development guidance, making sales, consulting, guiding, and assisting clients, and improving the overall customer experience.
