As a Product Manager at BotsCrew, you will be responsible for managing both our established core Chatbot Platform and our new and innovative product, noform.ai.
— BotsCrew’s Core Chatbot Platform: designed to help enterprises launch and manage chatbots, enhancing operations and improving customer service. It’s a proven and trusted solution for integrating intelligent conversation into business processes. Used by Samsung, Virgin, City of Chicago, Honda, FIBA, large US airport, top pharma brands and 100+ clients.
— Noform.ai: This fresh and innovative product, powered by GPT-4, specifically targets optimizing lead conversion for small to medium-sized businesses. It provides real-time engagement with website visitors, guiding them through customized pathways such as quote calculations or qualification criteria for specific programs, and capturing more qualified leads. Noform.ai adds a new dimension to the portfolio, focusing on marketing efforts and instant conversion optimization.
— Develop and manage product roadmaps for both products, aligning with strategic company objectives;
— Collaborate & manage cross-functional team, emphasizing the unique needs and features of both the core Chatbot Platform and noform.ai;
— Prioritize product features, recognizing the distinctive requirements of both products;
— Conduct market research, understanding the specific audience for noform.ai and opportunities for growth;
— Monitor and measure launched products, including a specialized focus on noform.ai’s impact on lead conversion;
— Work closely with sales and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction for both products.
— Minimum of
— Strong understanding of the Chatbot industry, AI technologies, and unique insights into products like noform.ai.
— Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory, as the product is 100% focused on the US market.
— Proven ability to develop product strategies, emphasizing differentiation between core products and new innovations.
— Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on approach.
— Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams.
— MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
