Our future Product Designer will be fully involved in building a best-in-class marketplace solution for a leading chatbot company — our Platform.

We build, maintain, train custom chatbots with that Platform. And later analyze chatbot performance using it. However, the development starts not with a code but with research, research, and again research.

Firstly, to find out how people already solve their problems using chatbots in these critical spaces: e-commerce, customer service, healthcare. Secondly, to find out how our current clients use the Platform to solve those problems. And what we can do to empower them on their journey.

You will be responsible for scaling the usability and capabilities of our Platform in all possible directions: for clients, for teams, and customers of our clients.

You will face complex challenges and develop your skills and expertise in different areas, from business opportunities and analysis to experience with numerous markets. Are you in?

What will you do?

• Identify business goals and conduct business research
• Conduct competitive analysis
• Define information about how a product fits people’s wants, needs, and abilities;
• Identify opportunities for our product;
• Come up with solutions based on the business goals
• Analyze how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences;
• Build Information Architecture of our product
• Build Interaction Design: prepare User Stories, Use Cases, and Story Mapping
• Build Visual Design: Typography, Grids, composition, Writing, text editing, Prototyping
• Build Design System of the product
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Perform research activities: work with metrics, Usability testing, A/B testing

What will you need?

• At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Relevant work experience as a product designer is preferred
• Experience in product metrics analysis and tools
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A portfolio that showcases confident, diverse, and thoughtful user experience design
• UX writing skills
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• English — Advanced

Who are we?

The BotsCrew story started in 2016. Our co-founders in their early twenties went to a hackathon where they created their first chatbot and met their first client. The series of successful events inspired them to quit their jobs and travel to Bali, where they could think about the business strategy of the future company.

As guys recall those times, “Actually, we weren’t even sure if it was the right thing to show. We had regular well-paid jobs, no need to complain, except with time it got boring. And then the idea of participating in a hackathon was so exciting, but chatbots?”

Since then, BotsCrew has released more than 100 chatbots and worked with companies like Samsung NEXT, Mars, Virgin, BMC, and many promising startups.
