About the role:
At BotsCrew you will be working with customer data to evaluate the performance of individual chatbots, campaigns, and overall strategy for clients. We are quick at implementing creative ideas, so be ready for lots of brainstorming sessions.
You will work on:
— Helping our clients in achieving their business goals
— Leading client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements
— Crystallization and launching new business ideas
— Developing and managing detailed business and functional requirements
— Creating roadmaps
— Designing and implementing user tests to get actionable insights after launches
— Evaluating and analyzing data, proposing and facilitating solutions to reach customer goals
— Providing technical and functional expertise to project teams
— Generating actionable insights through the development of metrics, dashboards, and deep-dive analysis
— Providing customer insights as new initiatives are being identified, prioritized, implemented, and deployed
— 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager at an IT company
— Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.
— Excellent verbal & written communication skills — you can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt — your vocabulary for different users (in English)
— Creative approach to problem-solving
— Experience with Agile methodologies
— Proven record of achieving business goals of the clients
— Ability to work independently
