You will design the user experience of our chatbots and write conversational flows. You’ll also make sure that our chatbots are engaging, bring value to the end-user, and match our client’s brand tone of voice.
— Main responsibility — designing and writing conversations;
— Create, maintain, troubleshoot conversational flows for chatbots, and keep updating them to constantly — enhance the customer experience;
— Create chatbot personas and personalities;
— Proactively identify issues and recommend solutions;
— Write natural language training materials;
— Communicate with the stakeholders.
— Strong UX Writing skills;
— Advanced English;
— Understanding of user experience principles and best practices;
— Understanding business needs and objectives;
— Ability to communicate in a cross-functional team;
— Detail orientation, product orientation, critical thinking;
— Willingness to learn;
— Experience with branding and identity is a plus.
