Are you a talent hunter?

Because we need one, that’s why we are searching for an IT Recruiter to search potential candidates for Tech Lead, Business Analytic, Head of Marketing, and others. You should be good at finding great people to join our BotsCrew team and enjoying watching them grow in the company.

You will work on:
-preparation, publication & promotion of the vacancies;
-active search of candidates, headhunting;
-applicant tracking;
-conducting interviews;
-providing constant feedback to all candidates via various resources (mailbox, LinkedIn, djinni, Facebook, etc.);
-analysis of the recruitment process and reporting

Requirements: :
2+ years of experience in recruiting
-understanding of full-cycle recruitment;
-source candidates using up-to-date searching tools;
-successful hiring cases with high-level positions (Tech Lead, Business Analytic, Head of Marketing);
-knowledge of the IT market and the latest trends;
-knowledge of English at the Intermediate level;
-excellent communication and relationship development skills;
-autonomous, dynamic and results orientated approach;
-strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment;
-sense of initiative, attention to details
