We create top chatbot solutions for the best enterprise companies (Samsung Next, Mars, Virgin, etc.) all around the globe. Sounds fancy, innit?
Wait. We also have a SaaS product that needs to be newly packed and introduced to the market. Even better now, huh?

Responsibilities:

— Define and implement a marketing strategy to bring SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) to the pipeline and ensure the quality of leads;
— Hold interviews to develop ICPs, Buyer Personas, and value proposition for new verticals;
— Work with company website to improve positioning and conversion rates;
— Support content strategy with relevant input based on research;
— Project, estimate, and plan budgets, timelines, and potential outcomes of marketing activities;
— Report to the CEO on team performance and results;
— Plan and prioritize tasks and activities with the team to achieve common goals;
— Lead a talented marketing team;
— Find new opportunities to bring revenue to the pipeline;

Qualifications:
— 3+ years in B2B marketing with proven results;
— Lead generation experience;
— Proactivity and ability to take the initiative and work under a little supervision;
— Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
— High level of ownership and autonomy;
— Advanced level of English;
— Good decision-making and ability to ask hard questions;
— Experience working with analytics and automation tools like GA, GTM, Hubspot;
— Experience with content marketing and/or outbound is a plus.
