We are searching for a Strong Junior QA Engineer to join to our team 🤖

— 1 year of experience in manual QA
— Good understanding of IT services company
— Excellent knowledge of QA methodologies and practices
— Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate English
— Knowledge of testing terms, principles and tools
— Ability to write test documentation
— Experience working in an AGILE project framework

Would be a plus:
— Experience in testing Web and API-based applications (REST/SOAP), performance testing
— Experience working with machine learning and NLP

You will work on:
— Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met
— Setting customer service standards
— Monitoring quality of the projects
— Create acceptance criteria, checklists, functional specifications, develop supporting documentation for release (user manual, etc.)
— Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating manual testing activities
— Determinate test strategy
— Work on multiple projects simultaneously as a QA engineer
— Chatbot content management
— Reporting bugs to the bug-tracking system

What you will do at the beginning:

Just to make it clear, we don’t need a person for a project. We need a teammate.

In the first days, you’ll learn about our company, our traditions, corporate culture, and have lots of Zoom meetings. Then you will have a lot of reading, watching, talking about chatbots, NLP training, Dialog flow, our BotsCrew platform. After that, you’ll be onboarded to 1-2 projects that will be developed from scratch. Together with the cross-functional team, you’ll work on the project’s success.

Btw, during your probationary period, you will have to build your own restaurant chatbot without any help. It’s our ritual of initiation. 🤖
